From April 4th through 6th, 2006 Fastwel took part in the world famous exhibition - Embedded Systems Conference Silicon Valley in San Jose, USA.
Fastwel introduced its wide range of CPU modules designed for harsh environment and mission critical applications together with brand-new developments.
At the exhibition Fastwel appeared to be a pioneer in PC/104-Express boards design and its CPC1700 SBC developed in PC/104-Express form-factor was extremely popular among the visitors and received a positive feedback within the fair.
The board is based on Intel Pentium® M processor up to 2.26 GHz, 82915GM & ICH6 chipset with dual-channel memory interface.
All components including system memory, which can be expanded up to 1 GB are soldered onboard thus providing superior shock/vibration resistance.
The board also has a 32 MB solid-state disk for embedded OS.
Video system supports flat panels with LVDS interface and CRT-monitors with resolution up to 2048х1536.
Peripheral devices can be connected to СРС1700 through eight high-speed USB 2.0 channels.
Two Gigabit Ethernet channels make this board perfect for developing communication intensive applications.
The board supports drives with IDE UltraATA/100, SerialATA interfaces and CompactFlash cards.
Additional reliability of СРС1700 is provided by the hardware monitoring subsystem, watchdog timer and reserved CMOS memory.
Four x1 PCI Express interfaces provide high-speed input/output capabilities.
The board is available in two versions – for industrial (-40ºC to +85ºC) and for commercial (0ºC to +70ºC) temperature ranges.
If you didn’t manage to visit our booth in McEnergy Convention Center this year and get acquainted with the most up-to-date developments – you are free to visit our stand C25, Hall 9 in Hannover, where we will be participating in the Interkama exhibition.
We are looking forward to meeting you and finding the best solutions to fit your demands!
